2. Services Provided

Archway Skip Hire offers a range of skip sizes for rent, suitable for various waste disposal needs. Our services include delivery, collection, and management of the skips.

2.1 Skip Sizes

Mini Skips: Ideal for small domestic projects.
Midi Skips: Suitable for medium-sized renovations.
Maxi Skips: Perfect for large commercial projects.

2.2 Delivery and Collection

We provide prompt delivery and collection services. Delivery and collection times are subject to availability and weather conditions.

3. Hiring Process

To hire a skip, you must:

Provide accurate information about your location and waste requirements.
Ensure that the placement area is accessible for delivery and collection vehicles.
Obtain any necessary permits for skip placement.

4. Payment Terms

Payments must be made in full upon delivery of the skip. We accept various payment methods, including credit card, debit card, and bank transfers.

5. Hire Period

The standard hire period is allocated based on the agreement. Extensions may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.

6. Permitted and Prohibited Waste

Clients must ensure that all waste placed in the skip complies with local regulations. Prohibited items include:

Paints and solvents

6.1 Hazardous Waste

Any hazardous waste must be disposed of through appropriate channels. Archway Skip Hire is not responsible for the removal or disposal of such materials.

7. Responsibilities of the Client

Clients are responsible for:

Securing necessary permits for skip placement.
Ensuring that the skip is not placed on public property without permission.
Notifying us immediately of any issues during the hire period.

8. Liability

Archway Skip Hire is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the skip hire.

9. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their skip hire without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee.

10. Force Majeure

Archway Skip Hire is not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Archway Skip Hire operates.
